Lee Junho Set to Dazzle in New Drama 'Typhoon Company'

Lee Junho is set to showcase his dancing, singing, and acting skills in the highly anticipated first episode of the new tvN weekend drama 'Typhoon Company'.

Following the success of 'The Tyrant's Chef', which peaked at a 17% viewership rating, 'Typhoon Company' tells the story of Kang Tae-pung (played by Lee Junho), a novice businessman who becomes the president of a struggling trading company during the 1997 IMF crisis.

Once a carefree youth and the face of the 'Apgujeong Street Boys', Kang Tae-pung is the epitome of 90s youth in the preview stills released ahead of the show's premiere on the 11th. As music plays, he naturally moves to the rhythm and passionately sings on a dating show, embodying the spirit of youth from that era. His charismatic stage presence and fearless smile reflect the audacity of youth.

The energy and expressiveness evident in the images highlight Lee Junho's commanding presence as an actor familiar with the stage. His performance, fully immersed in every gesture and gaze, promises to captivate audiences in the drama. In a pre-released video, he dances energetically to the hit song 'Nan' by Clon, showcasing the vibrant energy of youth and raising expectations for his performance.

However, the vibrant stage of his youth is soon upended. The IMF crisis turns his life upside down, and he suddenly finds himself as the inexperienced president of a trading company. Viewers are eager to see how he navigates this new chapter of his life.

The production team teased, “The first episode will be a comprehensive showcase of Lee Junho's charm, offering viewers a delightful experience. Watch as the once-glamorous youth transforms in the face of crisis.”

'Typhoon Company' premieres at 9:10 PM.
