&TEAM is gearing up for their highly anticipated debut in Korea, the heart of K-pop, with a promise of rich content for fans.
The group, consisting of members EJ, Fuma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki, unveiled the promotional schedule for their Korean mini-album 'Back to Life' on their official social media channels on the 7th.
According to the schedule, &TEAM will kick off with a 'BREATH' mood teaser on the 10th, followed by a series of concept photos and clips from the 13th to the 17th. On the 20th, they will release a track sampler, the tracklist on the 21st, and a highlight medley on the 22nd. The teaser for the title track's music video will drop at midnight on the 27th, with the title track and music video being pre-released at 6 PM the same day. Finally, &TEAM's Korean mini-album 'Back to Life' will be released worldwide on the 28th at 6 PM.
The album title 'Back to Life' is visually represented in the promotional graphics, featuring a vital signs-inspired design. The heartbeat-like waveform graph marks each event, symbolizing the awakening of &TEAM's new chapter.
The narrative of &TEAM's awakening is expected to unfold through the themes of 'BREATH,' 'GAZE,' and 'ROAR.' The group's identity, 'Wolf DNA,' and the phrase 'Back to Life' are etched alongside a box plot, hinting at their evolution as the moon reaches its peak, signaling their 'Awakening.'
&TEAM was formed through HYBE's global boy group debut project '&AUDITION - The Howling -' in 2022. Their third single, 'Go in Blind,' released in April, surpassed 1 million shipments, earning their first 'Million' certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan as of July.
Japanese media is also paying close attention to &TEAM. A six-part documentary series, '&TEAM 100 Days Closer: Howling out to the World,' chronicling their 100-day journey leading up to their Korean debut, recently premiered on Nippon TV. The first episode, also available on &TEAM's official YouTube channel, features the members expressing gratitude to their fandom, LUNÉ, and their determination to succeed in their Korean debut.
