Variety reported that reaching the top in the fourth and fifth weeks was a significant milestone, while Time magazine described 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' as one of the biggest hits of the fall, calling it a 'delicious journey.'
Domestically, the show saw a sharp rise in viewership during its broadcast. According to Good Data Corporation's FUNdex, it ranked first in TV-OTT integrated drama and cast categories for six consecutive weeks. It also topped Gallup Korea's 'Favorite TV Program of September 2025,' proving its immense popularity.
The end of the series is marked by various events. On October 4, a finale special featuring Lim Yoon-a, Lee Chae-min, Kang Han-na, Oh Eui-sik, and Lee Ju-an will be broadcast. Additionally, pop-up stores will open in three Asian regions: Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Fans can also pre-order a photo essay featuring memorable lines and iconic scenes from the drama, along with behind-the-scenes stills.
