Jeon Yeo-bin Transforms into a Kindergarten Teacher in 'Good Woman Boo Se-mi'

Jeon Yeo-bin has embarked on a new life as a kindergarten teacher with an impressive background, leaving behind her past as a bodyguard.

In the second episode of Genie TV's original series 'Good Woman Boo Se-mi,' released on October 30th, viewers were captivated by the fast-paced storyline. The episode showcased the journey of Kim Young-ran (played by Jeon Yeo-bin) as she enters Moochang Village under the alias Boo Se-mi after a contract marriage with Ga Sung-ho (played by Moon Sung-geun), the chairman of Ga Sung Group. The episode's ratings soared to 4% nationwide and 3.7% in the metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea.

Kim Young-ran initially rejected Ga Sung-ho's proposal for a contract marriage, which was intended to use her as bait for revenge against the siblings Ga Sun-young and Ga Sun-woo, who were responsible for her daughter's death. However, faced with financial difficulties, she eventually accepted the dangerous proposal.

Ga Sung-ho offered Kim Young-ran the Ga Sung Group in exchange for avenging his stepchildren, Ga Sun-young (played by Jang Yoon-ju) and Ga Sun-woo (played by Lee Chang-min), who killed his biological daughter for inheritance. A tense clause was added, requiring Kim Young-ran to perform euthanasia on Ga Sung-ho if she failed in her revenge.

Accepting all of Ga Sung-ho's conditions, Kim Young-ran, along with Ga Sung-ho and Lee Don (played by Seo Hyun-woo), devised a detailed revenge plan. Kim Young-ran needed to survive to attend the representative appointment meeting three months after Ga Sung-ho's death and vote to bring down Ga Sun-young and Ga Sun-woo. To ensure her safety, Ga Sung-ho and Lee Don decided to disguise her as kindergarten teacher Boo Se-mi and hide her in the remote Moochang Village.

As Ga Sung-ho's health deteriorated, he ordered euthanasia, but shocked everyone by taking his own life while Kim Young-ran was away. Kim Young-ran was left in disbelief at Ga Sung-ho's death, especially after Lee Don remarked, 'He must have believed you would succeed.'

Meanwhile, Ga Sun-young and Ga Sun-woo, who were preparing for inheritance, were enraged to discover Kim Young-ran's inclusion in the inheritance list. They openly displayed hostility towards her and instructed the mansion staff to confine her, heightening the tension.

Upon learning of this through her roommate Baek Hye-ji (played by Joo Hyun-young), Kim Young-ran informed lawyer Lee Don and decided to expedite her escape plan. With Lee Don's help, she transformed into the well-credentialed kindergarten teacher Boo Se-mi and arrived in the small rural Moochang Village.

As Kim Young-ran settled into her new identity as 'Teacher Boo Se-mi,' an unexpected variable emerged. Jeon Dong-min (played by Jin Young), a strawberry farmer who regularly supplied strawberries to the mansion and was acquainted with Kim Young-ran, came to greet her.

Facing the risk of her true identity being exposed before she could even begin her deception, Kim Young-ran cleverly introduced herself as 'Boo Se-mi' to navigate the situation. The audience is left wondering how Kim Young-ran will handle the obstacles in her double life.
