Hwangbo and Song Byung-chul, known for their appearance on the dating show 'Pursuing Longtime Relationships,' recently reunited with comedian Kim Sook.
On Kim Sook's YouTube channel, 'Kim Sook TV,' a video titled 'Exclusive: Hwangbo ♥ Song Byung-chul Reveal Their Current Status! Unveiling the Enviable Couple Guests' was released.
In the video, Hwangbo and comedian Song Byung-chul, who gained attention as the final couple on the dating show, visited Kim Sook's home. The duo has been surrounded by rumors of being a 'real-life couple' due to their chemistry on the show, and their interaction in the video only fueled the speculation.
Welcoming them at a Gapyeong campsite, Kim Sook joked, "You two have such a great vibe, it's like watching myself and Goo Bon-seung." She added, "I don't know anymore. Kim Jong-kook got married a week after announcing it, so now I suspect all couples." Hwangbo playfully retorted, "Then what about you? Are you getting a brother-in-law in a week?"
Song Byung-chul, who appeared with makeup, caught Kim Sook's attention. She teased, "Did you wear makeup to impress Hwangbo? So, when's the wedding?" Hwangbo chimed in, "I already said yes back then," while Song Byung-chul shyly deflected the question.
Discussing Hwangbo's ideal type, Kim Sook mentioned, "A tall guy who doesn't smoke, drinks a little, and has a sense of humor," pointing at Song Byung-chul. He responded, "I don't smoke and drink a little," to which Kim Sook remarked, "He fits your ideal type perfectly." Hwangbo laughed, "At this rate, we might set a date before heading home," while Song Byung-chul joked, "Are you going to publish an article before that?"
Kim Sook also asked, "Besides fishing, what are you good at?" Song Byung-chul replied, "I'm good at everything except dating." Kim Sook noted, "There are rumors that many female comedians like you," to which he admitted, "Not that many, just about 5 or 6." When asked if he ever dated a comedian, he firmly said, "No," eliciting laughter.
Finally, Kim Sook directly asked about the possibility of them being a real couple. She pressed for a percentage, but Song Byung-chul replied, "I can't give a percentage. I'd like to keep it relaxed." He added, "We could be friends or explore various possibilities." Hwangbo echoed, "Let us handle it ourselves," humorously adding, "Is this a stock market?"
As jokes about wedding articles circulated, Hwangbo and Song Byung-chul responded with smiles, further piquing curiosity.
