On October 24, Song Seung-heon took to Instagram to express his feelings, writing, "Mom! You've worked so hard all this time. Now, rest peacefully in a place without pain," accompanied by two photos.
The photos reveal a warm and affectionate atmosphere, showing Song Seung-heon smiling brightly with his late mother. He continued, "I will wait and wait for the day we meet again, so I can hug you and say, 'I love you! I've missed you!'" He lovingly referred to her as "the most beautiful mom in the world."
Song Seung-heon's mother passed away on October 21 at the age of 77.
The funeral was held at Room 17 of the Samsung Seoul Hospital Funeral Hall, with the service taking place on October 23.
Meanwhile, Song Seung-heon is currently awaiting the finale of the Genie TV original drama 'My Precious Star.'
