The revelation of Jeong In-seon's adoption has left everyone in shock, causing a ripple effect on Jeong Il-woo, who had previously declared his intention to remain single in front of his family.
In the 11th episode of KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Our Golden Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyung), aired on the evening of the 13th, Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jeong Il-woo) and Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min) are seen comforting Ji Eun-oh (played by Jeong In-seon) in their own ways after she is hurt by Ji Kang-oh (played by Yang Hyuk).
During the episode, Ji Kang-oh, upon discovering that Ji Eun-oh is not his biological sister, rushes to a café in anger. Lee Ji-hyuk and Park Sung-jae attempt to calm him down, but their efforts are in vain. He remarks, "You should find a woman like your mother," but when Park Sung-jae shows reluctance to accept Go Seong-hee (played by Lee Tae-ran) as his mother, tension arises between them during the meal.
Elsewhere, Lee Sang-cheol (played by Cheon Ho-jin) awkwardly encounters an old classmate while distributing flyers, feeling a sense of bitterness upon seeing a friend in a similar situation. The family's job search intensifies as Jo Ok-rye (played by Ban Hyo-jeong), Kim Jang-soo (played by Yoon Joo-sang), and Kim Da-jeong (played by Kim Hee-jeong) all dive into the employment market.
Ji Eun-oh, troubled by Ji Kang-oh's absence from home, immerses herself in work to suppress her feelings. Lee Ji-hyuk shows his concern by working outside the café to be near her. Park Sung-jae discreetly sends her calming supplements and vitamins through Soo-jung, which stirs mixed emotions in Lee Ji-hyuk.
Demonstrating his commitment, Lee Ji-hyuk applies for a loan using his car as collateral, brought by his brother Lee Ji-wan (played by Son Sang-yeon), to keep his promise to Ji Eun-oh. Ji Eun-oh, upon seeing Lee Ji-hyuk's old files while he sleeps after working all night, realizes his dedication to studying interior design and business.
As the episode concludes, a moment of romantic tension arises when Ji-hyuk, waking up, grabs Eun-oh's wrist as she attempts to leave with his notebook, drawing attention to their budding romance.
