Forestellas' Go Woorim recently shared insights into his married life with figure skating legend Kim Yuna.
On the 29th, the YouTube channel 'Jipyeonhan Sesang' featured an episode with Forestellas members Go Woorim, Kang Hyung-ho, Bae Doo-hoon, and Cho Min-kyu.
During the show, Ji Seok-jin, who recently appeared on a broadcast with Kim Yuna, expressed surprise, saying, "Woorim sounds like a mature adult, but he's actually the youngest, born in 1995." Go Woorim humorously added, "My wife told me Ji Seok-jin talks a lot," sharing a glimpse of his recent life.
Forestellas is currently holding a solo concert following Go Woorim's military discharge. On the concert's sold-out status, Go Woorim expressed gratitude, saying, "Thankfully, it sold out. While I was away, the other three members worked hard, but I think fans were eager to see us as a complete group after a year and a half."
Bae Doo-hoon commented, "The three of us worked really hard, but it became clear that we can't do without Woorim. We eagerly awaited his discharge."
Kang Hyung-ho added, "We always told him, 'You don't have to work, just be our main striker,'" while Cho Min-kyu joked, "If it looks like he's losing muscle, we tell him to go to the PT shop," bringing laughter.
In response to the praise, Go Woorim humbly said, "I'm nothing. Fans were probably waiting for the synergy of the complete group."
Known for his 'cave voice,' Go Woorim explained, "I didn't have a high voice even as a child, but it deepened after puberty and through studying classical music."
Regarding the Forestellas lineup, he noted, "There's a significant age gap with the other members. We wouldn't have met without 'Phantom Singer.'"
Go Woorim remarked, "Our genre is classical, so people might see us as serious and boring, but we're actually quite playful," proving their nickname 'Yeogostella.'
When Ji Seok-jin asked if he ever dreamed of being a dance singer in middle school, Go Woorim clarified, "Only for a very short time." On their concert dance performances, Cho Min-kyu shared, "Woorim has groove, Bae Doo-hoon is textbook, Kang Hyung-ho has beautiful lines, and I just memorize and dance," eliciting laughter.
As food delivery arrived, Go Woorim, who was attentively taking care of the members, said, "I cook for the members in the practice room and at home. I make pasta or rice cake soup. But recently, since I've been busy after discharge, I enjoy meals prepared for me." Ji Seok-jin smiled, "Yuna said she's free, but her husband is busy."
Concluding the shoot, Go Woorim shared, "The relaxed atmosphere made me talk more than usual. I've opened my eyes to the world of YouTube."
Meanwhile, Go Woorim married Kim Yuna, who is five years his senior, in 2022. He enlisted in the army's military band a year later and was discharged this past May. During Forestellas' solo concert 'THE WAVE in Daegu' on the 23rd, he sustained an ankle injury.
