Actor Lee Jung-jin Sparks Marriage Rumors After House Hunting on Reality Show
Following singer Kim Jong-kook's surprise marriage announcement after purchasing a $5.2 million home, actor Lee Jung-jin (47) is stirring similar marriage rumors.

On the recent episode of Channel A's variety show 'Groom Class,' aired on the 28th, Lee Jung-jin was seen seeking advice from comedian Jung Jun-ha. During the episode, Lee Jung-jin shared his thoughts on marriage while house hunting with Jung Jun-ha.

Jung Jun-ha asked, "Why are you suddenly looking at houses?" Lee Jung-jin replied, "My thoughts on owning a house have changed. I never had much desire for a house since I live alone. But now, I think it would be nice to have a child."

Jung Jun-ha expressed surprise, "It's amazing that you're thinking about marriage. Just a few years ago, you would say 'not yet' when asked about it." He then jokingly questioned, "Is there someone in your life now? Are you looking for a house before finding someone?"

As Lee Jung-jin gave a meaningful smile, Jung Jun-ha teased, "It seems like there is someone." Lee Jung-jin responded, "Maybe, but it's good to be prepared." Comedian Moon Se-yoon added, "These days, it's like a routine. People buy or move into a house and then announce their marriage. Recently, Kim Jong-kook also announced his marriage. Maybe Lee is starting the same journey."

The duo visited a real estate agent, where Jung Jun-ha pointed to Lee Jung-jin and said, "He's planning to get married soon." When the agent congratulated him, Lee Jung-jin clarified, "It's just my personal thought. Nothing is decided yet." Singer Lee Seung-chul humorously suggested, "Should we send the wedding gift money in advance? Let's do everything early."

While touring a house, Lee Jung-jin asked, "Did you ever imagine living in a certain type of house when you have a family?" Jung Jun-ha replied, "I imagined a house with a rural view, having kids and enjoying water activities, but living in Seoul makes it impossible." Lee Jung-jin commented, "The location of the first marital home is crucial. If you start well, even if you move, you stay in the same neighborhood. Happiness in marriage depends on who you meet and how you handle things together."

Lee Jung-jin also shared his dating style. When Jung Jun-ha asked, "You're not the type to fall in love at first sight, right? You need to like the person," Lee Jung-jin replied, "It depends. I'm a late bloomer in relationships, falling for someone over time." He added, "I may seem like a tough guy at first, but I develop feelings later. I end up regretting and hurting alone."
