TV personality Lee Kyung-sil has praised actor Song Seung-heon for his unwavering character.
On the 26th, the 'Rolling Thunder' channel released a video titled 'New Woman' Episode 4: 'Villain Education'.
In the video, Lee Kyung-sil shared behind-the-scenes stories from the entertainment industry. She mentioned, "In the past, actors started with variety shows. If they were well-received in variety shows, they would be cast in dramas," highlighting the industry's past realities.
She added, "It was disappointing when actors who gained fame acted as if they had never done variety shows when asked for help."
However, Song Seung-heon was different. Lee Kyung-sil recalled, "We worked together since the days of 'Three Guys and Three Girls', and even after that, he would greet me at award ceremonies, calling me 'noona' and giving me a hug. I was so grateful then. He appeared as Seung-heon to me."
Lee Kyung-sil also mentioned contacting Song Seung-heon for a variety show appearance on 'Sebakwi', saying, "When I asked him over the phone, he readily agreed, saying, 'Of course, noona.' I feel grateful for his consistent kindness."
Meanwhile, 'New Woman' is a podcast-style YouTube content featuring Lee Kyung-sil and Jo Hye-ryun. Comedian Lee Sun-min also participates as an MC, representing the younger generation's perspective.
