On the October 13th episode of TV Chosun's 'Perfect Life,' Song Sun-mi shared her personal routine for self-care and wellness.

Born in 1974, Song Sun-mi captivated viewers with her youthful looks that defy her 50s. She discussed her exercise routine, which includes the 'Fix10' workout to overcome shoulder pain and enhance shoulder stability. Song Sun-mi stated, "I recently performed in a play, and my stamina was so low that I didn't want to do anything for two weeks. That's when I realized I needed to build my strength."
