On November 5th, Bada took to her Instagram to express her regret, posting a heartfelt handwritten letter. She stated, "I deeply apologize to everyone who was disappointed by this incident. I will strive to present myself with more responsibility in the future."
Previously, Bada appeared on a YouTube beauty content segment where she introduced a product known as the 'Australian Wrinkle Cream.' She mentioned, "I first saw this product when I went to Australia. It's quite famous." However, it was later revealed that the product does not exist in Australia. In fact, the wrinkle improvement cream, which is the brand's flagship product, is manufactured by a domestic company located in Gimpo, South Korea.
In her letter, Bada expressed, "I sincerely apologize for causing disappointment regarding the product introduced through a recent YouTube channel. I am ashamed of myself for not being more cautious and thorough before participating in the content."
Bada further added, "Due to my comment, 'I first saw this product when I went to Australia. Product A is quite famous,' viewers of the channel were misled with incorrect information. I deeply regret causing confusion and distrust among many consumers."
Meanwhile, Bada married a pastry chef 10 years her junior in 2017, and they have a daughter named Lua.
