Jo Yeo-jeong Treats 'Nation's MC' Yoo Jae-suk to Lunch, Repaying a 25-Year-Old Favor

Jo Yeo-jeong recently treated Yoo Jae-suk, known as the 'Nation's MC,' to lunch, repaying a favor from 25 years ago.

On the September 29th episode of SBS's 'If I Have a Chance,' actors Jo Jung-suk and Jo Yeo-jeong, stars of the movie 'Zombie Daughter,' made a special appearance.

During the show, Jo Yeo-jeong caught attention by declaring, "I'll treat you to lunch today." This gesture was in response to a revelation on 'You Quiz' that Yoo Jae-suk had once paid for a meal for Jo Yeo-jeong, Song Hye-kyo, Song Eun-yi, and Jung Sang-hoon at a restaurant 25 years ago.

Jo Yeo-jeong expressed her gratitude, saying, "I thought today would be the perfect opportunity to treat Jae-suk oppa to a meal," and she did just that by using her personal card to pay over 100,000 won at Jo Jung-suk's favorite restaurant, marking the first time a guest has done so.

Yoo Jae-suk, not accustomed to having his meal paid for by a junior, sat with his hands clasped, visibly uncomfortable, which amused everyone.

Jo Yeo-jeong lightened the mood by recalling, "When you treated us, it must have been quite a bill," to which Yoo Jae-suk humorously replied, "It probably wasn't as much as this," adding, "I should get a meal from Hye-kyo next time." Jo Yeo-jeong chimed in, "Invite me then too."
