The episode was particularly meaningful as it showcased the early days of these now-famous artists and featured moments with Song Hae himself.

Lim Young-woong expressed his gratitude, saying, "Not only I, but all of us gained courage and held onto our dreams thanks to Song Hae. We prepared a special performance dedicated to him." The group performed 'Return My Youth' in his honor.

Song Hae had remarked, "This year marks the 40th anniversary of 'National Singing Contest'. I always believed there would be a time when we could reminisce about our memories from the show, and today is that day."
