On the 25th, a press conference for the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Try: We Become a Miracle' (hereafter referred to as 'Try') was held at the SBS headquarters in Mok-dong, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Yoon Kye-sang, Lim Se-mi, Kim Yo-han, and director Jang Young-seok.
'Try' is a comedic sports drama about the unpredictable eccentric coach Joo Ga-ram (played by Yoon Kye-sang) and the last-place Hanyang High School rugby team striving for victory at the national sports festival. Lim Se-mi plays Bae Yi-ji, Joo Ga-ram's ex-girlfriend and the playing coach of the Hanyang High School shooting team.
When asked about her efforts to portray a shooting coach, Lim Se-mi responded, "I trained alone at a shooting range." She added, "Shooting isn't a sport where you physically clash, but I practiced diligently. I tried to reflect on myself and practice as if I were meditating."
Lim Se-mi also confessed her admiration for Yoon Kye-sang. She said, "When I heard that my partner would be Yoon Kye-sang, there was no reason to refuse the role. I am a fan of g.o.d and especially of Yoon Kye-sang." She continued, "My username was 'Kye-sang's wife.' As someone from Gangnam who was once 'Kye-sang's wife,' it's an honor to work with him," she said with a smile.
Finally, Lim Se-mi urged viewers to pay attention to the shooting team, saying, "While the rugby team clashes physically, the shooting team focuses quietly. There are many friends between Joo Ga-ram and Bae Yi-ji, and their relationships are interesting. There are many warm and delightful moments, so please show a lot of interest."
