TV personality Lee Young-ja made headlines by surprising her close friend Kim Sook with extravagant gifts for her birthday.
On the 20th, a video was uploaded to Lee Young-ja's channel 'Lee Young-ja TV,' showcasing her preparations for Kim Sook's birthday party.
In the video, Lee Young-ja greeted Kim Sook with her signature humor, wearing a floral dress and a crown, and presented her with a heartfelt surprise gift.
Lee Young-ja prepared two outfits, a shirt and pants, as gifts for Kim Sook. Upon receiving the clothes, Kim Sook expressed her astonishment, saying, "Isn't this from that brand? It's expensive..."
Kim Sook further added, "(Lee Young-ja) knows my style well. I could never afford these clothes with my income," showing her deep appreciation. Lee Young-ja revealed her dedication by saying, "I even joined a show with Park Se-ri just to buy you this for your birthday," highlighting their friendship.
Lee Young-ja's generosity didn't stop there. She also gifted Kim Sook homemade fruit syrup, saying, "I made this syrup for you. Take it with you when you go camping." Kim Sook was touched and wondered, "What should I do for you in return?"
