Actress Lee Da-hee shared her thoughts on working with her co-stars.
On the 7th, a press conference for the Wavve original drama 'S-Line' was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul. Attendees included actors Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Da-hee, Arin, Lee Eun-sam, and director Ahn Joo-young.
'S-Line' is a fantasy thriller drama that unveils hidden truths and forbidden desires as a red line, known as the S-Line, becomes visible between people who have had sexual relationships.
Actor Lee Soo-hyuk plays 'Ji-wook,' a detective pursuing the truth of the 'S-Line,' while Lee Da-hee takes on the role of 'Kyu-jin,' a high school teacher with a mysterious aura behind her warm smile. Arin, a member of the girl group Oh My Girl and an actress, portrays 'Hyun-heup,' a girl who has been able to see the 'S-Line' since birth. Actress Lee Eun-sam plays 'Sun-ah,' Ji-wook's niece and Hyun-heup's classmate.
Lee Da-hee commented, "I filmed a lot with Arin and Eun-sam, but not as much with Lee Soo-hyuk, so it felt like it ended quickly. When I saw Lee Soo-hyuk, I thought he had a glamorous image, but on set, he was Ji-wook himself. It felt like the essence of Lee Soo-hyuk was absent, and Ji-wook was present."
She continued, "I've seen Arin perform on stage many times. Seeing her as Hyun-heup on set was truly moving. She really seemed like an actress now. There must have been many challenging scenes, but she handled them admirably. Eun-sam, whom I knew from our agency, had a different look in her eyes on set. The moment the camera rolled, her gaze changed, and I realized she was exceptional. Everyone was so professional that I felt I just needed to do my part well," she added with a laugh.
The Wavve original drama 'S-Line' is set to release two episodes on July 11th, July 18th, and July 25th.
