On the October 4th episode of KBS2's variety show 'Ganeunjeong Oneunjeong Lee Min-jung' (also known as 'Gaojeong'), the second part of the 'Squid Game' special aired. The episode featured 'Squid Game' Season 3 members Yang Dong-geun, Wi Ha-jun, and Park Gyu-young.
Ahn Jae-hyun and Wi Ha-jun competed to see who could catch more fish with a net. Wi Ha-jun, who chose the first net, caught a string of fish including rays, flounders, and cuttlefish, gaining an early lead. He exclaimed, "There's no end to it," while the captain praised him, saying, "This is amazing. It's a jackpot. You're the son of the sea."
Next, it was Ahn Jae-hyun's turn. Despite his efforts, he struggled to pull up the net, and the game ended without a catch. Ahn Jae-hyun expressed his disappointment, saying, "I really have no luck with fishing," with a bitter smile.
The episode also highlighted Park Gyu-young's educational background and her debut story. Boom asked, "Didn't you attend Busan Foreign Language High School and get into Yonsei University? Why did you start acting?" Park Gyu-young replied, "I was cast by JYP at the time. They contacted me after seeing me in a college magazine." She added, "I like to challenge myself with new things and I'm not afraid of trying something I've never done before."
After the day's activities, the cast returned to their accommodations for some candid conversations. Ahn Jae-hyun opened up, saying, "All my friends are married and have become parents. It's hard to spontaneously make plans with them now." He continued, "On weekends, I think, 'I finally have some free time, it's such a precious weekend,' but my friends have families, so it's hard to meet up. It makes me feel so alone and lonely."
Boom jokingly suggested, "Try getting married and experiencing it. Jae-hyun, you've overcome pain before." Ahn Jae-hyun replied, "I have no more pain left," indicating he has no plans to remarry.
Boom then proposed, "Let's start a project called 'Gatta On Jeong.' How about each of us brings someone to introduce to Jae-hyun?" Ahn Jae-hyun humorously responded, "Does that mean I have a blind date every time I visit a new area?" Boom replied, "That's too focused on you," eliciting laughter from the group.
