K-pop singer Song Ga-in has shared a glimpse into her rigorous fitness routine.
On the 23rd, Song Ga-in's YouTube channel released a video titled 'Song Ga-in's Guaranteed Weight Loss with Two Workouts a Day'.
In the video, Song Ga-in revealed she maintains a weight of '45kg' and visited a Pilates studio for the first time in a year. She humorously admitted, "I just woke up and I'm all puffy," adding, "It's embarrassing to see my instructor, but I'll just go with it."
Meeting her instructor, Song Ga-in explained, "I've been too busy with album releases to come," and reminisced, "Pilates really improved my posture." Her Pilates instructor praised her, saying, "She has a passion for exercise."
As she began her Pilates session, Song Ga-in's groans filled the room, a sign of her stiffness from the long break. When the instructor noted her decreased stamina, she humorously recalled, "I caught a cold in early April, which weakened my immune system," sharing a story from two months ago that brought laughter.
After completing a cardio workout using a plate, Song Ga-in smiled at the production team's comment, "The puffiness is disappearing in real-time."
Additionally, Song Ga-in took a golf lesson after a long hiatus. Boasting six years of golfing experience, she shared, "I started in 2019, but due to my busy schedule, I only get to play once or twice a year. I'm forever a beginner."
Regarding her connection with her coach, professional golfer Yoo Joon-sun, Song Ga-in explained, "He's the son of a director who used to help me. We've known each other since my unknown days, and now we're coach and student."
Song Ga-in competed against Tae-rin, humorously declaring, "I raised a tiger cub. Everyone's done for," showcasing her competitive spirit. Ultimately, her six years of dedication and perseverance paid off, as she emerged victorious, displaying her queen-like presence.
