South Korean actor Lee Jang-woo and actress Jo Hye-won are set to tie the knot this November.
According to Lee Jang-woo's agency, Hunus Entertainment, the couple will hold a private wedding ceremony on November 23 in Seoul. The two first met on the set of the KBS2 drama 'My Only One' in 2019 and announced their relationship in June 2023.
Having maintained a quiet relationship over the years, the couple recently decided to get married and have begun preparations for their big day. Lee Jang-woo has hinted at his upcoming nuptials on various broadcasts, mentioning, "I think I'll be getting married this fall."
Before the wedding, Lee Jang-woo plans to continue appearing on MBC TV's 'I Live Alone.' In a recent teaser, Lee Jang-woo, along with comedian Park Na-rae and MC Jeon Hyun-moo, was seen traveling to Istanbul, Turkey. In a heartfelt letter, Lee Jang-woo expressed, "This might be the last time for Palm Oil. It's sad and disappointing, but I'm grateful for the endless affection," and invited them to his wedding, saying, "Please come and say 'Lee Jang-woo has grown well.'"
There is also speculation about whether Jeon Hyun-moo will officiate or host the wedding. In the past, Lee Jang-woo jokingly told Jeon Hyun-moo on the variety show 'Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 2' that he should either host or officiate the ceremony. Jeon Hyun-moo humorously replied, "I've never officiated a wedding, but I can sing a congratulatory song."
Meanwhile, Lee Jang-woo is set to appear in the new MBN variety show 'Do You Know Home-cooked Meal' this July.
