Ji Hye-won has transformed into a lovely villain.
In the new KBS 2TV drama 'I Took the Male Lead's First Night' (written by Jeon Sun-young, directed by Lee Woong-hee, produced by Studio N and Monster Union, based on the Naver Series web novel by Hwang Do-tol), Ji Hye-won plays a villain full of desire. Behind-the-scenes cuts revealing her dual nature have been released.
In the drama, Ji Hye-won portrays Dohwa-seon, the daughter of a high-ranking official, who grew up with everything but always craves more attention and love. She belittles Jo Eun-ae (played by Kwon Han-sol) and spreads false rumors, and even throws tea at Cha Seon-chek (played by Seo Hyun) when she starts to annoy her.
The behind-the-scenes stills show Ji Hye-won fully transformed into the villainous Dohwa-seon. Her expressions range from searching for Gyeongseong-gun Ibeon (played by Ok Taec-yeon) in the marketplace to looking ridiculous covered in straw after falling for her own tricks.
In stark contrast, another scene captures Dohwa-seon holding a torch at night, her face filled with rage. Her fierce expression and the way she grips the torch suggest she is ready to cause trouble, highlighting the malice hidden behind her charming face.
Meanwhile, 'I Took the Male Lead's First Night' airs at 9:50 PM.
