Park Myung-soo, a popular South Korean entertainer, has ventured into the world of anti-aging smoothies, creating his own unique recipe on his YouTube channel 'Hal Myung-soo'. The episode titled 'Slow Aging? More Like Fast Aging from Stress!' showcases Park's humorous take on the latest health trend.
In the video, the production team introduces Park to the trending 'Hailey Bieber Smoothie', explaining the slow-aging trend. While familiar ingredients like strawberries and bananas were included, Park was taken aback by the unfamiliar additions such as sea moss gel, collagen powder, Himalayan salt, hyaluronic acid, coconut cream, and strawberry glaze syrup.
After blending the ingredients, Park commented, "The mix of flavors is too much for me." The team then presented six celebrity smoothies from Kim Jong-kook, Han Hye-jin, Jay Park, Lee Seung-chul, Jin Seo-yeon, and Kwon Na-ra.
Kim Jong-kook's smoothie featured chicken breast, green grapes, kale, Brussels sprouts, tangerines, bananas, and almonds. Tasting it, Park humorously remarked that Kim could live to 120 years old with such a diet. Han Hye-jin's smoothie included espresso, low-fat milk, vegetable powder, protein shake powder, roasted black bean powder, manuka honey, and cinnamon powder. Park candidly admitted that neither smoothie suited his taste.
Jay Park's smoothie combined frozen blueberries, bananas, spinach, kale, beet juice, coconut water, and sea moss gel. Lee Seung-chul's version included plain yogurt, mulberries, macadamia nuts, cashews, milk, honey, and ginger powder. Jin Seo-yeon's smoothie was made with unsweetened soy milk, matcha powder, and unsweetened animal-based whipped cream.
The final smoothie from Kwon Na-ra contained apples, peanut butter, plain yogurt, milk, and ice. Park ranked Kwon Na-ra's smoothie as his favorite, while Kim Jong-kook and Jin Seo-yeon's smoothies tied for last place. He jokingly invited them to appear on the show if they felt wronged.
Concerned about hair loss, Park decided to create his own smoothie. His recipe included bananas, strawberries, almonds, walnuts, black sesame seeds, soybean powder, maca powder, hyaluronic acid, collagen powder, sea moss gel, and soy milk. After tasting it, Park praised its flavor and named it "Mo-dani".
