IVE's Jang Wonyoung showcased her fiery competitive spirit.
On the 6th, IVE (members: An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Leeseo) released a new episode of their self-produced content '1.2.3 IVE Season 6' titled 'IVE's K-POP Operation' on their official YouTube channel.
In this episode, each member drew a card with a number of jewels on it. Reactions varied from Rei, who expressed joy after drawing three jewels, to Leeseo, who requested a redraw after getting none. An Yujin humorously remarked, "I am the jewel," bringing smiles. Jang Wonyoung, who had no choice but to take the remaining card, confidently said, "You were waiting for me," showcasing her unique mindset.
The mission 'Finding the Devil of K-POP' was revealed, perfectly tailored for IVE, who are well-versed in K-POP. Before the main game, IVE members showcased their dance skills with performances to songs like IVE's 'TKO', Orange Caramel's 'Magic Girl', and ITZY's 'Dalla Dalla', exuding adorable charm.
IVE continued with various K-POP-related games. In the first game, 'Protect the Mic', the members passionately sang and danced to every song, showing their genuine enthusiasm. After a tight competition, Liz and Rei advanced to the finals. Liz seized the final victory by taking advantage of Rei's immersion in T-ara's 'Bo Peep Bo Peep'.
After completing the 'Random Curling' game using various items, IVE expressed their enjoyment, saying, "That was so much fun." In the following 'Unity Karaoke', they challenged themselves to score 100 points by randomly selecting songs. Despite unfamiliarity with some songs, all members showcased their musical talents, achieving a perfect score and surprising everyone. An Yujin and Gaeul captivated attention with their emotional acting while reading lyrics.
Other games included 'Dance Challenge', 'National Singing Contest', 'Play K-POP', and 'K-POP Emoji Game'. Initially doubtful, Jang Wonyoung displayed immense passion and wit in the 'K-POP Emoji Game', securing first place. The members commented, "Wonyoung really wanted to win." An Yujin, who has known Wonyoung for eight years, humorously remarked, "That's the loudest I've ever heard your voice," eliciting laughter.
IVE's self-produced content '1.2.3 IVE Season 6' is released every Friday at 7:30 PM on IVE's official YouTube channel.
