BTS's Jin Surprises with Down-to-Earth Charm on Netflix's 'Chaotic Boarding House'
BTS's Jin showcases his down-to-earth side, defying his superstar status.

On the 8th, a press conference for Netflix's variety show 'Chaotic Boarding House' Part 1 'Early Check-In' was held at Community House Masil in Jung-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by directors Jung Hyo-min, Lee So-min, and Hwang Yoon-seo.

'Chaotic Boarding House' is a unique variety show set in the whimsical Ulleungdo Boarding House, featuring Kian84, Jin, and Ji Ye-eun as they interact with guests in unexpected ways. The show is a collaboration between 'Hyori's Homestay' director Jung Hyo-min and writer Yoon Shin-hye.

During the event, director Lee So-min shared, "Most of it was hard to understand, but the biggest challenge for me was the idea of sleeping outdoors, hanging in the air. It was unimaginable and scary."

She continued, "We were concerned about having a superstar like Jin on board. We worried he might say, 'I can't do this,' or 'This place is too tough,' and leave Ulleungdo. Surprisingly, Jin was the one who slept the best without waking up. It was astonishing and made me realize how diverse people are and how remarkable superstars can be."

Meanwhile, 'Chaotic Boarding House' features Kian84 as the host, BTS's Jin as the 'all-rounder employee,' and Ji Ye-eun, who even obtained a watercraft license for the show. The series will release three episodes per week over three weeks, totaling nine episodes, starting from the 8th.
