An Shinae Shines on American Radio Show with Her Musical Journey and Future Plans


Singer and producer An Shinae showcased her charm and wit on a recent appearance on Radio Korea's 'Welcome Show' in the United States.

An Shinae, who visited the U.S. for inspiration and music projects following her album release in January, shared, “I’ve been working non-stop with other musicians for two weeks. Local producers are eager to work on Korean music.”

During the show, she discussed her transition from a decade-long group career to a solo artist, her meeting with P-Nation's head Psy, and her collaboration with the 'Queen of R&B' Ann One, all while displaying her engaging storytelling skills.

An Shinae also performed an impromptu live rendition of 'Mom and Dad,' a song she wrote for Sung Si-kyung, and delivered emotional performances of 'South to the West' and Lee Moon-sae's 'Old Love,' showcasing her soulful vocals.

She concluded by revealing her future plans, stating, “I’m preparing a new album and will have performances in Korea in between. I consider music a gift, and I want to sing wherever my music can be appreciated.”

Earlier in January, An Shinae celebrated the release of her new EP 'Dear LIFE' with a listening party in collaboration with Billboard Korea, where artists like Sunwoo Jung-a, Sohyang, Gureum, and Gyro joined her, creating a harmonious atmosphere and spreading positive energy to the audience.

Additionally, through KBS 2TV's 'I Am a Singer in Spain,' An Shinae demonstrated her passionate performances and ability to connect with audiences, further establishing her as a talented musician. Her diverse activities continue to expand her global influence, drawing attention to her ongoing success.
