Sangji Caelum Black is strategically situated at the intersection of Bongeunsa-ro and Eonju-ro in Gangnam. The complex comprises 40 units, including 20 officetels and 20 residential units, spread across 20 floors above ground and three basement levels. Known for its high-end living standards, the complex features imported tiles, furniture, and materials from renowned international brands. Residents can enjoy communal facilities such as an indoor golf practice range and a private fitness center, along with various other convenience services. The building, constructed in 1993, consists of a basement and three above-ground floors, with a land area of 212.9 square meters and a total floor area of 461.27 square meters. Initially acquired under the name of a corporation he represents, Kim remodeled the property before selling it. Industry sources indicate that Kim originally aimed to sell the building for 5.5 billion KRW but adjusted the price due to a downturn in the real estate market.

Born in 1978, Kim Kang-woo debuted in the 2002 film 'The Coast Guard.' He has since appeared in films such as 'Silmido,' 'The Taste of Money,' 'The Treacherous,' 'High Society,' 'New Year Blues,' and 'The Prince,' as well as dramas like 'The Story of a Man,' 'Goodbye Mr. Black,' 'My Husband Oh Jak-doo,' and 'Woman of 9.9 Billion.' This year, Kim captivated audiences with his roles in MBC's 'Wonderful World' and Disney Plus's 'Tyrant.' In 'Wonderful World,' he portrayed Kang Soo-ho, a capable anchor and husband to Eun Soo-hyun (played by Kim Nam-joo). In 'Tyrant,' he took on the role of Paul, a pursuer in a high-stakes chase. Kim also garnered attention on October 13th when he threw the ceremonial first pitch at the first game of the 2024 KBO postseason playoffs between the Samsung Lions and LG Twins at Daegu Samsung Lions Park. Additionally, Kim Kang-woo is known as the brother-in-law of actress Han Hye-jin.
