Group EXO's Baekhyun (31, Byun Baekhyun) founded the company. The name of the company is ‘I&B 100’.

According to corporate registration documents obtained by Ten Asia on the 3rd, the name of the company founded by Baekhyun was confirmed to be 'I&B 100'. Baekhyun is the CEO of the company and has completed all registration as an internal director. The company was founded on June 23rd last year. This means that the establishment of the company had actually been completed before August of last year, when the issue of renewing the contract with SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM) arose.

Baekhyun, who signed a contract renewal with SM last year, will continue his activities ‘separately and together’ through SM and his private company during the contract renewal period. Chen and Xiumin, who share Baekhyun's intentions, are also planning to work for this company.

Previously, Baekhyun said through a live broadcast on his Instagram in the early morning of August 8 last year, "I plan to run my own company and SM has positively agreed to this." At the time, Baekhyun emphasized that he was not leaving SM and EXO, saying, "I will be at SM while running the company, and I will continue to work with EXO members."

In addition, Baekhyun refuted the claim that he had borrowed 13 billion won at the time and was trying to start a listed company through this, saying, "It is impossible and incorrect to list with a loan." He said, "The reason for taking out a loan of 13 billion won is “It was a promise to me,” he explained, adding that it was a loan to start his own company. He added, "I am going to start my own company, but I took out a loan with the intention of not being negligent in running the business and always living with the burden."

Baekhyun was also listed as an executive director at an entertainment company called One Signature. Regarding this, he said, "One Signature is a company that started with my friend Casper with the idea of nurturing good choreographers and dancers. However, the private company I will establish will be under a different name than One Signature."

‘My company’ that Baekhyun has emphasized throughout is ‘I&B 100’, and Baekhyun is known to have a unique vision and plan for running this company. This company's corporate business is registered in a variety of ways, from the production business normally performed by entertainment companies to management and investment consulting. SM added, "The new exclusive contract with the three members is still in effect," and "We cannot reveal specific settlement conditions, but in accordance with the agreement with the company, we have allowed the three members of Chenbaeksi to engage in individual activities."
