On the afternoon of the 24th, a production presentation for SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 'My Demon' was held at the SBS building in Mok-dong, Seoul. Actors Kim Yu-jung, Song Kang, Lee Sang-i, Jo Hye-joo, and director Kim Jang-han attended the event.
'My Demon' is a fantasy romantic comedy that follows the contract marriage between the devilish conglomerate heiress Do Do-hee (played by Kim Yoo-jung) and the devil Jeong-gu (played by Song Kang), who lost his powers for a moment.
Song Kang takes on the role of Gu-gu, a demon who has enjoyed eternal life by making a sweet yet dangerous deal with humans by pledging their souls as collateral. Song Kang, who plays a character with perfect self-love, said about the synchronization rate, "65%," and added, "Everyone has self-love, right? Salvation is the highest level of self-love, even though I'm acting. While acting, I talk about a life of perfect self-love, but I'm embarrassed without realizing it. “My ears turned red once,” he said.
When asked if he did not have self-love, Song Kang said, "When I started filming, I went on a diet and gained some self-love. But now that filming is over, I have gained about 10 kg. These days, I don't have much self-love," and his voice gradually became quieter, making people laugh.
‘My Demon’ will premiere at 10 PM on the 24th.
