On the 24th, Hyun Company, Kim Da-hyun's agency, said, "Around July, we collected evidence against the author of malicious posts such as insults, defamation, malicious slander, and dissemination of false information about singer Kim Da-hyun and Kim Da-hyun's father, broadcaster Kim Bong-gon, on a broadcasting station's viewer bulletin board and brought legal action. “I filed a complaint with the police station through the office’s representative (attorney Kim Kyeong-eun),” he announced.
He continued, "We collected evidence through continuous monitoring and submitted a complaint to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on the 22nd on charges of defamation and insult to malicious commenters who posted unfounded rumors and defamed the artist and his family."
Kim Da-hyun's legal representatives, Kim Kyeong-eun and Jeong Kyeong-se, added, "We will respond with a zero-tolerance principle," adding, "We will continue to hold the suspects accountable to the end without any agreement or leniency and take strict action."
