Director Lee Won-tae of 'The Law' praised Lee Sun-kyun and Moon Chae-won's acting and preparation.

On the 21st, an online production presentation for SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 'The Law' was held. Director Lee Won-tae and actors Lee Sun-kyun, Moon Chae-won, Kang Yu-seok, and Park Hoon attended.

'Law' is a thrilling revenge drama between 'money salesman' Eun-yong and 'legal technician' Jun-kyung who fight against the cartel of 'Law' and 'Jjen'. Writer Kim Won-seok of the dramas 'The Queen's Classroom' and 'Descendants of the Sun' wrote the book, and director Lee Won-tae of the movies 'The Villain' and 'Captain Kim Chang-soo' directed it.

Director Lee introduced 'Beopjeon', saying, "It is an exhilarating revenge story that fights against the evil of the world. Although it looks heavy, it is an action drama with action and other attractions."

Director Lee said, "After finishing the previous film, the world changed, including the emergence of OTT. At the same time, I received a lot of drama proposals. I thought I should expand my scope into dramas." He continued, "I am very interested in topics such as social ills, absurdity, and human desire. Then, the proposal for 'Dharma' came. It was not only the topic that I am interested in, such as the sight of humans fighting over money and power, but also 'But “I started with the belief that it would be a good drama if the conclusion was ‘the world is worth living in’ and ‘justice will win’,” he said.

‘Bobjeon’ is also the first drama of director Lee, who has only made films. Director Lee confessed, "The budget was smaller than that of a movie and the amount was large. I couldn't help it. I felt such pressure and stress when I wasn't filming, but when I came to the filming site, I actually felt at ease." He then said, "Seonkyun was like a younger brother. We talked about each other's lives and cursed at my wife," making Lee Seonkyun burst into laughter. Director Lee said, "Without realizing it, people said 'it's good' (after seeing the actors' acting). There were more of them than other works. It's a shame to say this, but the actors were lovely." He also praised, "Our drama may have a heavy topic, but Lee Sun-gyun did a good job of controlling the pace and pace by lifting and releasing, pulling and pushing."

Regarding working with Moon Chae-won, she confessed, "Actually, I have no experience working with female actors. That's because I like genre films. I was a little nervous before working with Moon Chae-won." He continued, "The staff will know very well. I naturally said, 'I like it so much.' That's why everyone is saying, 'Moon Chae-won, Moon Chae-won.' I automatically thought that." He also said, "I was grateful for studying, researching, and preparing a lot. Even when I said just one short line, I could see how much thought I had put into it. It was inevitable that we would be in sync. He laughed a lot on set, was kind even in difficult situations, and the staff all liked him. “He said.
