On May 29, 2020, a video was posted on Lim Young-woong's official YouTube channel 'Lim Young-woong' with the title 'Lim Young-woong Love Call Center [Emergency]. The video shows Lim Young-woong passionately singing Lim Jae-beom's 'Emergency' in 'I will sing your requested song - Call Center of Love'.
The 'Emergency' stage, featuring Lim Young-woong's passionate singing, proved its popularity by exceeding 6 million views on YouTube on the 14th. Lim Young-woong, who transformed into a 'ballad hero', stood out with his sweet voice and stage manners.
Meanwhile, last year, Lim Young-woong successfully completed a national concert tour and even had encore performances in Seoul and Busan at the end of the year.
The encore performance was released on VOD on TVING on the 14th. Lim Young-woong is planning a concert at the Dolby Theater in LA, USA, on February 11th and 12th, and the theatrical version of the performance will also be released at CGV in March.
