Japanese actor and singer Shunsuke Michieda (21) expressed his thoughts on visiting Korea in Korean.
On the morning of the 25th, Shunsuke held a press conference at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul to appreciate the box office success of the movie 'Even if this love disappears from the world tonight' (directed by Takahiro Miki).
On this day, Shunsuke attracted attention by shyly greeting people in Korean. He said, "Hello, I'm Shunsuke Michieda. I'm not good at Korean yet, but I've been studying a little. I'm glad to meet you all. Thank you."
Shunsuke then added his thoughts on his visit to Korea, saying, "I came to Korea yesterday, and I am grateful to the Korean fans who welcomed me with such warmth and enthusiasm. I am moved because I think it is a wonderful city and wonderful streets."
Meanwhile, 'Even if this love disappears from the world tonight', which was released on November 30th last year, is about 'Maori', a female high school student suffering from 'anterograde amnesia', whose memories are reset when she wakes up, and 'Toru', an ordinary high school boy who lives a dull daily life. ' is a work that depicts a fresh and poignant love story. Shunsuke was played by Toru Kamiya, and Maori was played by Riko Fukumoto.
The cumulative number of viewers exceeded 800,000 just 41 days after its release, ranking first in the box office success of Japanese live-action films of all time since 2007, and first in box office Japanese romance films of all time since the 2000s.
