Press stills from the movie 'Confidential' (directed by Lee Won-tae) have been released.
On the 30th, distributor PlusM Entertainment released 12 types of 'Confidential' press stills. 'Confidential' is set in Busan in 1992, and a fierce struggle between Hae-woong (played by Jin-woong Cho), a late-life National Assembly candidate, Sun-tae (played by Seong-min Lee), a hidden figure in politics, and Pil-do (played by Moo-yeol Kim), an activist gangster, to turn the tables by holding in their hands secret documents that will shake up the Republic of Korea. A crime drama that unfolds.
The released press stills provide a glimpse into the tense and confrontational relationship between the three characters surrounding the confidential document. It stimulates curiosity about what move Haewoong (played by Cho Jin-woong), who obtained confidential documents after being eliminated from the nomination by Sun-tae (played by Lee Seong-min), will choose to turn the situation around.
Here, Suntae, with his cold eyes that overwhelm the audience, presents a heavy presence and heightens the tension in the play. We can even see Pil-do (played by Kim Moo-yeol) joining hands with Hae-woong using confidential documents as collateral, adding strength to the unpredictable and tightly unfolding story.
