Lee Je-hoon took advantage of ‘Mrs. Lim’ Shim So-young to completely uncover ‘overseas illegal gambling sites.’
In episode 2 of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Model Taxi 2' that aired on the 18th, Kim Do-gi (played by Lee Je-hoon) punished 'Cheongeum International', which was luring young people under the guise of a wealthy company in Vietnam's Kotaya and creating an illegal gambling site. , Go Eun (played by Pyo Ye-jin), Choi Joo-im (played by Jang Hyuk-jin), and Park Joo-im (played by Bae Yu-ram), who left 'Rainbow Luck', were seen rejoining the team. Accordingly, 'Model Taxi 2' recorded a viewer rating of 10.9% in the metropolitan area and a highest rating of 14.5% (based on Nielsen Korea). The 2049 viewership rating, which is a key indicator of channel competitiveness and topicality, also recorded 5.2% in the metropolitan area.
While Kim Do-gi was astonished at the hell-like reality of 'Cheongeum', Go Eun, Choi Joo-im, and Park Joo-im, who had left Rainbow Fortune, also jumped into the disappearance case of Lee Dong-jae (played by Jo Ji-an). Go Eun rushed to help CEO Jang (played by Kim Eui-seong), who was struggling alone with the computer in the underground hideout, while Joo-im Choi and Joo-im Park, who retrieved the case records from the police station, flew to Kotaya, Vietnam.
Kim Do-gi, who recovered the communication equipment that had been secretly stolen by the gang members, succeeded in communicating with Representative Jang and Go Eun in Korea. Kim Do-gi, who came to Kotaya unprepared, is in a situation where he is not good enough to deal with 'Cheongeum', which is made up of dot organizations. However, Kim Do-gi decided to remain in Kotaya for the safety of the young people who were captured with him, and began full-scale plans for punishment. First, Kim Do-gi, who received the programming source from Go-eun, created a beta version of the gambling program that 'Cheon-geum' wanted overnight and succeeded in winning his favor. Moreover, Kim Do-gi hinted that "my previous job was Udata, an illegal video site," and established himself as a talent needed by 'Cheongeum'. Then, riding on the trust of the organization, he recruited young people who had been arrested together as team members, assaulting and threatening them. succeeded in protecting against
Kim Do-gi then made an even bolder move. He pretended to be working on developing a program, escaped from the company, took the taxi robbers' car back, secured mobility, and approached the local guide (played by Kim Jeong-hoon) who handed him over to 'Cheongeum'. And Kim Do-gi, who was indignant after learning that the guide was the one who called the embassy and suppressed the disappearance report of the young people, punished him cruelly and made him reveal the existence of the 'Cheongeum Headquarters'. At this time, Kim Do-gi reunited with the duo of Choi Joo-im and Park Joo-im, who were wandering like homeless people on a remote road, and learned from them that Mrs. Lim (played by Shim So-young) was in Kotaya.
Kim Do-gi launched a plan to gather the scattered organizations into one place. And he boldly chose Ms. Lim as his helper. The intention was to embarrass the gang members by having Mrs. Lim's gang invade the 'Cheongeum' branch where he was located. Accordingly, Kim Do-gi deliberately appeared in front of Ms. Lim with the visual of a 'outcast' and radiated a fatal charm. Mrs. Lim, who says she hates 'Outcast' but still longs for him deep in her heart, followed the address that Kim Do-gi had deliberately given, and as if possessed by something, she led her gang and attacked 'Cheongeum'.
Simultaneously with the surprise attack by Mrs. Lim's gang, Kim Do-gi sent a text message to the manager, Sang-nam (played by Yoon Seok-hyun), saying 'You must avoid' using the guide's mobile phone, which he had already taken away, raising anxiety. Sangnam, who judged that the organization was in danger of being discovered, led all the organization members from each branch, including the young people he had imprisoned, to the headquarters. At the moment when Mrs. Lim was screaming for missing 'Outcast', Kim Do-gi, who entered the headquarters as planned, was shocked to learn the identity of Chairman 'Cheon Geum'. He was a South Korean police officer and the head of the team in charge of Lee Dong-jae's disappearance case (played by Park Seong-geun). The chairman ordered his subordinates to deal with the young people, and Kim Do-gi, who was taken to a remote warehouse, found Lee Dong-jae still alive.
Kim Do-gi, who confirmed Lee Dong-jae's survival, gave a thrilling thrill by revealing his hidden claws and defeating the members of the Cheongeum organization who were rushing at him like a pack of dogs with his bare hands. However, due to absolute numerical inferiority, there is a risk of missing the fleeing chairman. At this time, the duo of Choi Joo-im and Park Joo-im, who appeared wearing Thai police uniforms, dealt with the gang members and gave Kim Do-gi a way out, and with the help of Go-eun, Kim Do-gi succeeded in chasing the chairman at the shortest distance. The captured chairman made his final struggle by pointing a gun at Kim Do-gi, and at that moment, an unknown sniper opened fire, killing the chairman right in front of Kim Do-gi's eyes, shocking him.
Afterwards, all members of the 'Cheongeum' organization were arrested, and all illegal gambling sites were shut down by Go Eun. Rainbow members also returned home safely. In addition, Kim Do-gi delivered Lee Dong-jae safely back to his father's arms, leaving a touching impression. The scenes of Kim Do-gi shouting "5283 service is ending" for the first time in a long time, Go-eun resigning saying "I will go back to where I belong," and the rainbow members gathering together in the underground hideout like before were all added to the emotion. In addition, the appearance of new driver On Ha-jun, who came to work for the first time, was also revealed, raising expectations for the story of 'Rainbow Transportation' to be written anew.
At the end of the play, the suspicious movements of the sniper who killed the chairman were captured, heightening tension. The sniper reported to someone, “Good job,” and then looked at Kim Do-gi and said, “I’ll find out what kind of guy he is.” Accordingly, attention is being paid to how the existence of the mysterious sniper will affect the future of Kim Do-gi and Rainbow Dark Heroes.
