Ku Hye-sun "I changed my weight to the first digit of 4"

Actress Koo Hye-sun shared her recent diet news and explained the eternally painful 'Boys Over Flowers' ski meme and tearful selfie.

On MBC's entertainment show 'Radio Star', which aired on the 8th, Ku Hye-sun, Jeong I-rang, Lee Eun-ji, and Lee Kwang-gi appeared as a special feature on Transformation Advent.

Ku Hye-sun, who appeared on ‘Las’ for the first time, said, “Actually, I gained a lot of weight. So I changed the front seat and came out,” he said about his diet. When Kim Gura asked, “Did you change it from 6 to 5?” Lee Kwang-ki booed, and Kim Gura apologized, saying, “From 5 to 4?”

When asked how much she usually eats, Ku Hye-sun said, "Actually, I'm a food person, so I ate a lot when I was in my 20s. I ate so much that I could eat an entire bowl of rice in one day. When I was going to school, I packed a lunch box and ate so much that my mom would pack me rice in a kimchi container. So, I thought I had the constitution to not gain weight, but I actually gained up to 60kg.”

Currently, Ku Hye-sun is a senior in the Department of Film, Class of 11 at Sungkyunkwan University, and is preparing to enter graduate school after graduation. Ku Hye-sun, who turns 40 this year, is said to be a whopping 20 years older than the freshman. He said that there are professors who are younger than him, so they are called ‘old teachers.’

Ku Hye-sun also attracted attention by revealing her college transcript with a 4-point score. Ku Hye-sun honestly said that she wanted to show off in addition to verifying her identity, and said that she received many calls asking to buy her food. When asked whether he often buys meals for himself, he said that he bought rice or tea for group assignments, and that he personally paid for the meals of students who complimented him at his favorite sushi restaurant.

On this day, Ku Hye-sun recalled the 'Boys Over Flowers' ski meme when asked, "Are you saying I've been suffering for 14 years because of the meme that comes out every winter?" and replied, "I really wasn't trying to be funny. It was my first time skiing on the day of filming, and since it was my first time skiing in a drama, I thought I could do it seriously. “I still don’t know why you’re smiling,” he said. He then added, “I heard that when people go to ski resorts these days, they write a lot of reflections on how they laughed at Ku Hye-sun.” He added, making people laugh.

Since Ku Hye-sun was a victim of school violence while filming 'Flower Boy', she suffered a lot from being hit with eggs and tomatoes. He said, “If you throw it from a distance and get hit, it feels like being hit with a fist. Also, because it was winter, if you hit a tomato, your hands would get thin ice. After lying on the floor for a few hours, the F4 appears in the distance. Then I thought, ‘God is over,’ and ‘I’m going home,’” he recalled.

Regarding the cringe-worthy lines such as ‘Let Geum Jandi be an honorary firefighter’ and ‘As long as you have a white cloth and the wind, you can go anywhere’, he was puzzled, saying, “The entire nation loved it back then, but I don’t know why they call it cringe-worthy now.”

Regarding the tearful selfie, Ku Hye-sun said, “I think it was when I was 20. I didn't film it because I wanted to, but it was an assignment I took because I went to acting school. I was submitting an emotional acting assignment, and it was a time when my photos went viral on Freechal and Nownuri. He explained, “I didn’t mean to be funny, I did it seriously, but it always seemed like a very fun atmosphere.”

When Kim Gura asked, “There are no recent memes, right?” Ku Hye-sun responded, “Because I haven’t been on the air for a long time. “I’m afraid it will be made again if it comes out,” he said, making people laugh.
