J-Hope, a member of the group BTS, expressed his feelings ahead of his enlistment.
BTS J-Hope appeared as a guest on KBS2's 'The Seasons - Jay Park's Drive', which aired on the 12th.
On that day's broadcast, Jay Park asked, "If you don't mind, can we talk here?" J-Hope responded, "I'm so honored. Because my brother is there, it feels like an American show. It's like the Jimmy Fallon show."
J-Hope got off the stage and headed to the audience where Jay Park was. Jay Park said, “This is my first time introducing a guest to the audience like this in 30 years. I did it.” J-Hope laughed, saying, “It is an infinite honor. It is meaningful to be able to share a moment like this with ‘Drive.’”
Regarding the reason for his appearance on 'The Seasons - Jay Park's Drive', J-Hope said, "I came to see my brother. His free-spirited progress was fun and touched me. I thought 'Drive' would be the place where I could express my music. Since I released a single, “It would be great if I could come out here and show you what I can do. I decided to do it because I thought I could lead you well,” he explained.
J-Hope recently released ‘on the street’. He said, "'On the Street', a song I did with brother J. Cole, was released on March 3. The words 'street' gives me a special meaning. Dance can become street, and the life itself and the lessons J-Hope has lived. , It contains a lot of those things. In that sense, it contains a message that I want to give hope and courage to many people on the streets they walk. The path you walk is my path, and the path I walk is your path."
Jay Park mentioned J. Cole, who worked with J-Hope. Jay Park asked, "Actually, J. Cole doesn't feature for anyone. Even if you pay him a huge amount of money, he won't do it. How did this collaboration come about?" J-Hope replied, "My muse is J. Cole. I've liked J. Cole since I first started making music."
He continued, "I recently released a solo album and happened to be the same headliner at the Lollapalooza Festival. I went to see him in person and expressed my true feelings. That's why we decided to work together," he added.
