'I Live Alone' Palm Oil Line (Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Na-rae, Lee Jang-woo) was diagnosed with obesity.
The 'Palm Oil Physical Symposium' was held on the MBC entertainment program 'I Live Alone' (hereinafter referred to as 'I Live Alone'), which aired on the afternoon of the 17th.
The palm oil line maintained an empty stomach for 16 hours that day. Na-rae Park first said, “This is the first time I have lost this much weight since I was in my 30s.” Lee Jang-woo looked at the slimmer Park Na-rae and Jeon Hyun-moo and said, "You two look 10 years younger because you've lost weight."
The three people subsequently underwent health checkups. First, Park Na-rae was judged to be obese in terms of body fat percentage through a body composition test. Park Na-rae commented, "The machine is sensitive. It's picky. It's clear that the machine has developed an ego. I think it was in a bad mood. It was jealous of me."
Lee Jang-woo also looked embarrassed when his waist circumference was found to be 37 inches, saying, "This is ridiculous. It looks like it was measured around my butt." As a result of the same test as Park Na-rae, Lee Jang-woo was also diagnosed as 'obese'.
After receiving the results, Lee Jang-woo said, "Obesity is not that bad. It means there are a lot of nutrients. Isn't it bad to have too much fat? I heard that all immune cells are also fat."
The same was true for Jeon Hyun-moo. He said, "I thought it would be nice to have a low level of mild obesity, but all three of us were obese," and "Obese, no more, no less," he said, causing laughter.
