Kim Woo-bin in the polluted air, a solemn look in his eyes

The third teaser poster and teaser trailer for the Netflix series 'The Delivery Driver' have been released.

On the 11th, Netflix released the third teaser poster and trailer for 'The Delivery Driver'. 'The Delivery Driver' depicts what happens on the Korean Peninsula in the future, where people cannot live without oxygen respirators due to extreme air pollution, and where legendary delivery driver 5-8 (played by Kim Woo-bin) and refugee Sa-wol confront the Cheonmyeong Group that rules the new world.

The released poster shows 5-8 (played by Kim Woo-bin) wearing a mask in a worldview covered with sand and polluted air. His solemn eyes, freckles that seem to have been influenced by the deserted environment, and unknown people chasing his truck attract attention. It delivers survival to people, but the copy, "The only hope to destroy the world," foreshadowed another story.

The teaser trailer begins with 5-8 directly explaining the ‘delivery driver’. Delivery drivers who risk their lives to protect delivery trucks from attacks by hunters targeting oxygen and daily necessities must be stronger than anyone else. The familiar city of Seoul collapsed and was covered with sand. It seems strange and ironic that oxygen, which was fair to everyone, is delivered by recognizing each person's identity using a QR code on the back of the hand.

Contrary to the outside world where sandstorms rage, we can also get a glimpse of places equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, creating curiosity about the vast worldview of 'The Delivery Driver'. Director Cho Ui-seok said, "The setting was very unique. Rather than being a commonly known courier, the setting of delivering oxygen and daily necessities through the attacks of hunters, which was most helpful to the surviving human race, was attractive."

Meanwhile, 'The Delivery Driver' will be released on Netflix on May 12th.
