Actress Lee Tae-ran will make a special appearance in tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Benefiting Fraud'.
'Beneficial Fraud' is a story of revenge against absolute evil and an exhilarating mutual aid fraud between two very different people, a conman with no empathy and a lawyer with hyperempathy. Lee Tae-ran appears in 'Beneficial Fraud' as Jang Kyeong-ja, a villain who is the antagonist of actors Chun Woo-hee and Kim Dong-wook.
Lee Tae-ran, who has shown viewers a variety of acting at the center of each work, presents acting and a character of a different color from the roles she has previously shown in 'Beneficial Fraud'. Jang Gyeong-ja is a character who is inevitably at odds with Lee Ro-rum (played by Chun Woo-hee) because of her flawless elegance and sharp beauty, as well as her inability to lose sight of the things she desires.
Lee Tae-ran said through his agency Content Carrier, "Jang Kyeong-ja is a character with a completely different personality from the characters she has played so far. As this is her first time trying out a character, she is completing the character by discussing even the smallest details with the staff. Let's work together in a good work. “I’m happy to be able to do it. I’m having fun filming every photo shoot,” he said.
Lee Tae-ran, who is returning to viewers with a drama after a long time, plans to take center stage in the drama with her weighty acting skills.
‘Beneficial Fraud’ will premiere on May 29th at 8:50 PM.
