Baek Jin-hee’s ‘real’ acting
Actress Baek Jin-hee gave a passionate performance that enriched the play.

In KBS2's 'The Real Thing Appears', which aired on the 29th and 30th of last month, Oh Yeon-du (played by Baek Jin-hee) was depicted as she began living with her in-laws in earnest.

On this day's broadcast, Oh Yeon-doo was momentarily embarrassed by Eun Geum-sil's (played by Kang Bu-ja) salt baptism, but naturally overcame the situation and showed her composure with a smile. In addition, in response to Gong Tae-kyung's (Ahn Jae-hyeon) apology, Oh Yeon-doo showed a positive attitude by saying, "It actually worked out better because he told me not to even set foot in the main building."

Oh Yeon-doo then entered Sea World, helping Gong Tae-kyung prepare for her grandfather's ancestral rites. Among these, Gong Tae-kyung firmly drew a line when Oh Yeon-du said that they felt like they had become a real family, saying, "Don't be mistaken. We are not real." As the family witnessed this, their relationship was in danger of being discovered.

Accordingly, the two people used their improvisation to overcome the situation by telling the story of the child's name, and they made the viewers smile by slowly showing them getting closer. However, at the end of the broadcast, Jang Se-jin (played by Cha Joo-young) found notes in Oh Yeon-du's maternity notebook, such as 'Finding a place to live alone' and 'It's over in 3 months,' and heightened anxiety by foreshadowing another difficulty.

Among these, Baek Jin-hee immersed herself in the character of Oh Yeon-doo, who goes back and forth between joy and sorrow, and showed off her presence by filling the play with realistic acting. Expectations are high on what kind of side Baek Jin-hee, who is performing at the right time with her excellent expressive skills depending on the situation, will show and give viewers greater immersion.

Meanwhile, 'The Real Thing Has Appeared!' starring Baek Jin-hee airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8:05 PM.
