Park Jeong-soo of 'Pyeonsaurant for the new release' made a dish full of sincerity for her husband Jung Eul-young and son Jung Kyung-ho.
Park Jung-soo appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Pyeonstorang' (hereafter referred to as 'Pyeonstorang'), which aired on the 2nd.
Park Jung-soo, who first appeared in the last broadcast, continued to play 'Tminhal' (grandmother who is sensitive to trends). On this day, Park Jeong-soo introduced a combination of salt bread, a popular item, frozen bananas and lightly roasted in the oven. Here, a fermented strawberry drink recipe made using rice malt was also revealed. As expected, while the admiration of 'Tminhal' came out, Park Jeong-soo gave a twist with a menu full of 'mother's sincerity'.
For her husband, director Eul-young Jeong, Park Jeong-soo made Kwarigochukkakdugi with her mother-in-law's recipe. In addition, he made premium health food chicken porridge that is responsible for the health of the family in summer. Park Jeong-soo's chicken porridge, which is boiled with various herbal medicines, whole mung bean, abalone, and octopus, is a dish full of sincerity that requires removing the chicken meat that has been boiled for a long time and stirring it continuously in front of the fire for a long time. Park Jeong-soo said, "I think I make it about 3 times in the summer."
Park Jeong-soo boiled a large native chicken with various oriental medicinal herbs and then peeled off the bones and skin one by one. It was for my son Jung Kyung-ho, who usually hates chewing and greasy things. It must be hard to peel off the flesh for a long time, but Park Jung-soo was happy. Afterwards, Park Jung-soo put the lean meat in the chicken broth and added his own special secret ingredients to boil and boil again.
Even while cooking the chicken porridge, Park Jeong-soo couldn't leave the fire even for one second as he kept stirring the chicken porridge. Watching Park Jeong-soo continue to cook while standing in front of a hot fire, Special MC Lee Chae-min expressed his emotion, saying, "This is really a mother's love." Park Jeong-soo was moved by saying, “It takes a lot of work. In response, Jemin's mother Kang Su-jeong and Min-i's mother Oh Yoon-ah sympathized with their mother, saying, "Even if it's like me, if my son says that, he will do it again no matter how hard it is."
Park Jeong-soo has been dating director Jung Eul-young since 2008, and is currently living together and maintaining a common-law marriage relationship. Director Jung Eul-young is the father of actor Jung Kyung-ho.
