Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Service, free meal service for Lim Young-woong's birthday
The Daegu branch of the Korean Red Cross (Chairman Park Myeong-soo) and the Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Association (Chairman Bae Bae Jeong-hee) announced that they conducted Happy Table (free meal) volunteer activities for 1,000 elderly people from the vulnerable class at Duryu Park on the 7th.

This meal was prepared with donations from the Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Association, and about 30 volunteers, including Chairman Bae Jeong-hee, and about 30 volunteers from the Buk-gu District Council of the Korea Red Cross Volunteer Service Association (Chairman Yoo Gi-ryang) participated in preparing a meal for the elderly.

The Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Society is the 189th unit volunteer group belonging to the Daegu Red Cross, and was formed in 2022 to practice good influence through volunteering and sharing by Daegu fans who like singer Lim Young-woong.

Chairman Bae said, "On June 16, Lim Young-woong's birthday, we plan to support free meals and volunteer activities to spread the culture of a virtuous cycle of sharing by imitating the star's good influence and practicing it together."

On the other hand, the Daegu Hero Love Red Cross Volunteer Society received a silver medal from the Korean Red Cross Membership Factory in recognition of its contributions, such as practicing regular monthly sponsorship and bread-sharing activities through the WISH cafe, also known as the Lim Young-woong Café.
