'Opposition' is a film that depicts a story that unfolds around the insider 'Opposition' who shakes up the drug world by going back and forth between the Korean drug market and the investigative agency.
Kang Ha-neul plays the role of Lee Kang-soo, an insider who secretly provides information on the drug world to the national investigative agency, and Yoo Hae-jin plays Gu Gwan-hee, an ambitious prosecutor from the bottom. Park Hae-joon will play the role of Oh Sang-jae, the tenacious drug investigation team leader who never misses a criminal once caught, forming a triangle with Kang Ha-neul and Yoo Hae-jin, further raising the tension in the drama.
Meanwhile, 'Opposition' will be directed by Hwang Byeong-guk, director of 'Special Edition' and 'My Marriage Expedition'. In addition, veteran staff will join, led by director of photography Lee Mo-gae of 'Hunt', 'Emergency Declaration' and 'Battleship Island'.
The production will be produced by Hive Media Corp, which has shown bold films that combine fun and artistic quality, such as 'Inside Men', 'Namsan's Managers', and 'But save me from evil'. After major casting, 'Opposition' will crank-in in the second half of this year.
