LE SSERAFIM showed off the image of the strongest 4th generation girl group on the Billboard chart.
According to the latest chart (as of June 17) released by Billboard, an American music media, on the 13th (local time), Le Seraphim's first full-length album 'UNFORGIVEN' ranked 107th on the main album chart 'Billboard 200'. . Among the 4th generation K-pop girl groups, Le Seraphim is the first team to enter the 'Billboard 200' for 5 consecutive weeks. The previous highest record was on the chart for 4 consecutive weeks, and this was also the record set by Le Seraphim with 'UNFORGIVEN'. Le Seraphim showed off his status as a 'K-Pop Top Player' by breaking new records he had. In addition, this album maintained high rankings such as 4th in 'World Album', 15th in 'Top Current Album Sales', and 16th in 'Top Album Sales'.
Three of Le Seraphim's songs charted on the Billboard charts this week. The title track of their 1st regular album, 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)', landed at No. 30 on the 'Billboard Global (excluding the US)' and No. 62 on the 'Billboard Global 200,' and moved up the ranking by more than 10 steps compared to the previous week.
The rise of the follow-up song 'Eve, Psyche and Bluebeard's wife' is even more surprising. This song ranked 46th on the Billboard Global (excluding the US) and 82nd on the Billboard Global 200, a significant jump of 43 places and 78 places compared to last week. This song rapidly reversed major domestic music charts such as Melon, Genie, and Bugs, reaching the top 10 on both daily and weekly charts, and also showed a rise in rankings on the US Billboard chart.
Thanks to the popularity of the regular 1st album 'UNFORGIVEN', the previous work also gained momentum. The title song 'ANTIFRAGILE' of the 2nd mini album, released in October of last year, re-entered the chart at No. 179 on 'Billboard Global (excluding the US)', proving Le Seraphim's potential.
