Group 2PM member and actor Lee Jun-ho boasts an infinite straight-forward charm that breaks the rules of romantic comedy.
In the 4th episode of JTBC's Saturday and Sunday drama 'King the Land', which aired on the 25th, Lee Jun-ho (played by Gu-won) is not good at both love and empathy, but he built up the emotional lines of the character who sincerely wants to approach him.
On this day's broadcast, Gu-gu (played by Lee Jun-ho) shows his feelings desperately and seriously to the extent that he continues to think of Cheon-rang (played by Im Yoon-ah) while doing dating counseling with a police officer whom he has never met before. He acted clumsily with a sharp tone different from his heart when he stood in front of Cheon-Rang, but for beginners in dating, all of them were more difficult missions than management classes.
The struggle for salvation continued. After sending a text message to Cheonrang, he couldn't let go of his phone out of nervousness, and his date request, which he took out around the corner, was rejected. Lee Jun-ho melted a variety of emotions into his acting, such as examining the other person's reaction with an indifferent face, hiding his bitter feelings despite unexpected actions, and pretending to be calm.
Despite the difficulties, salvation did not give up. Guo-won, who had no interest in company management, gradually took part in management and actively accepted the difficulties of employees while thinking over the words of Cheon-rang who treats work with sincerity. In addition, when Cheonrang was embarrassed at the one-sided reception, he tried to understand that his consideration could be uncomfortable for someone, breaking away from the cliché of My Way chaebol characters.
While learning the emotion of love and laughter, Lee Jun-ho solidified the foundation for his character's growth by capturing salvation step by step in one action and tone. In particular, the appearance of Salvation, which becomes an umbrella for Cheonrang under the pouring rain, adds Lee Jun-ho's unique atmosphere, foreshadowing the birth of an ending restaurant that will be imprinted in the hearts of viewers. Not only that, but the affection that is not hidden in the eyes looking at the other person made it inevitable to love the salvation character in 'King the Land'.
In this way, through 'King the Land', Lee Jun-ho once again shows the essence of a man in love and a growing character, showing that his potential and influence are expanding infinitely. As a result, we are looking forward to seeing what kind of charm Lee Jun-ho will continue to dye weekend nights in pink, and what King Jun-ho's performance will be like.
