Actor Park Kyu-young expressed his feelings about joining 'Squid Game 2'.
On the morning of the 4th, an interview with Park Kyu-young, who appeared in the Netflix original series 'Celebrity', was held at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Seoul.
'Celebrity' is the story of Ari (played by Park Kyu-young), who jumped into the world of money by becoming famous, and depicts the colorful and fierce faces of celebrities. In the play, Park Kyu-young played the role of Seo Ah-ri, the main character who became an influencer with 1.3 million followers overnight from an ordinary office worker.
From 'Sweet Home' to 'Celebrity', and 'Squid Game 2', where casting was recently announced, Park Gyu-young appeared in a series of Netflix works. Regarding the modifier 'Netflix's daughter', Park Gyu-young said, "I think it's fortunate to be able to show a good image through a good OTT. It's hard to believe that it will be released in 190 countries."
When asked about his attitude to participate in 'Squid Game 2', a highly anticipated work around the world, Park Gyu-young said, "It's burdensome, but I don't think I'm thinking only about the scale of the work. I will do my best thinking that I will be able to play the character well."
"I'm always nervous about any work, but seeing the seniors who appeared in 'Squid Game 2' was really great. To be honest, I was a little more nervous." I wonder if it was the hard work of the staff,” he asked for understanding.
