Yang Joon-hyuk, a former baseball player and current fish farm operator, has chosen 13-year-old Lee Woo-hyung, son of Jeong Ji-seon, as his business successor and future son-in-law.

The 355th episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' (directed by Choi Seung-hee), aired on the 3rd, recorded a peak viewership rating of 6.2% (according to Nielsen Korea), maintaining its position as the number one show in its time slot for 204 consecutive weeks.

In search of new ingredients, Jeong Ji-seon and her son Lee Woo-hyung visited Yang Joon-hyuk's fish farm in Pohang. Impressed by Woo-hyung's demeanor, Yang Joon-hyuk expressed his approval of him as a potential son-in-law and suggested a fishing trip. Yang, who previously revealed an annual revenue of 3 billion won, offered Woo-hyung a position as his successor after noticing his interest in the business scale, initial capital, and loans.

Jeong Ji-seon assisted in developing a new menu for the café run by Yang Joon-hyuk's wife. Together, they created a savory pancake dish appealing to middle-aged customers, while Woo-hyung teamed up with Yang to create 'Milchonku.' However, their disregard for measurements and cooking methods led to a humorous outcome. Café staff chose Jeong Ji-seon's pancake as the new menu item.

Lee Woo-hyung expressed admiration for his mother's hard work, saying, "I realized how much she goes through. She's amazing and respectable," which pleased Jeong Ji-seon. Jeon Hyun-moo commented, "Woo-hyung is truly admirable," sharing his own teenage experiences of being annoyed by his mother's presence.

Yang Joon-hyuk drew attention with his sharp suit, explaining he dressed up for an important business meeting with Jeong Ho-young, only to find himself at Jeong's commercial shoot as a temporary manager. Despite Jeong's playful demands, Yang showcased his 'nice neighborhood guy' persona by catering to Jeong's needs. However, unable to resist hunger, he left the shoot to indulge in a feast at a Chinese restaurant.

Jeong Ho-young, known for his dance skills on various shows, showcased his talent at the commercial shoot. Despite his enthusiasm, fatigue set in as the shoot dragged on, leading him to humorously question if it was indeed a burger commercial.

'Meat Gangster' David Lee and his staff engaged in traditional sauce-making, washing and fermenting soybeans to create sauces. David Lee remarked, "The sauce made today will be ready in three years, so you'll need to stay long-term to taste it," wishing for his staff's long tenure.

Using the sauces, the senior team prepared monkfish risotto with soybean paste and soy sauce, while the junior team made duck steak with soybean sauce, leading to a culinary showdown. Despite the junior team's lack of knife skills, David Lee criticized them as "a disgrace to our kitchen." Observing this, Jeong Ho-young offered to hire a three-year experienced staff member, making David Lee uneasy.

Chefs Choi Ji-hyung and Jung Woo-young judged the culinary contest, with the junior team's duck steak emerging victorious despite their inexperience.
