Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young Share Heartwarming First Meeting of Their Two Children
On October 2nd, the YouTube channel 'Kim So-young's Ddingguri TV' released a video titled, 'The Day Kim So-young and Oh Sang-jin's Family Became Complete: How Did Sister Sua React to Her New Sibling?'
The video captures the family's first gathering as a complete unit. The couple brought their newborn son home from the postpartum care center.
Kim So-young, looking at her son, said, 'Let's get along well at home,' adding, 'Your sister will be here soon. Actually, she's more like a big sister, being seven years older.' She humorously added, 'When your sister arrives, I won't be holding you. Just lie down and pretend you're not cute.'
The couple was mindful of their first child's reaction. When Oh Sang-jin held their son, Kim So-young advised, 'You shouldn't hold him,' explaining, 'Sua gets sad when she sees dad holding the baby,' showing their effort to ensure their daughter doesn't feel left out.
Oh Sang-jin also carefully navigated the situation, saying, 'I'll hold the baby just a little longer because of his hiccups,' while being attentive to his daughter's feelings.
Contrary to their worries, Sua showed care by shaking a rattle for her brother. When Kim So-young asked, 'What were you most worried about when the baby came?' Sua replied, 'I was worried he might pee during a diaper change,' to which Kim So-young laughed and said, 'Listen to your sister. Don't pee on her.'
Amidst the heartwarming first meeting of the siblings, Kim So-young shared another realistic concern on social media.
During an interaction with fans, she was asked about plans for a third child and candidly replied, 'If I were a few years younger, maybe, but it seems difficult now,' sharing her honest thoughts shortly after giving birth.
Kim So-young also discussed her post-birth body concerns, saying, 'I boasted that I'd be back to normal by May, but I haven't lost much weight,' and admitted, 'I never imagined I'd be stuck at the same weight for two weeks,' sharing the challenging reality.
Meanwhile, Kim So-young and Oh Sang-jin, who married in 2017, are parents to a son and a daughter.
