Yoo Yeon-seok Shares Final Thoughts on 'Shin-i-rang Law Office' as Series Concludes

Yoo Yeon-seok has shared his thoughts as the SBS drama 'Shin-i-rang Law Office' comes to an end.

On the 2nd, his agency, King Kong by Starship, released several photos along with Yoo Yeon-seok's reflections on the conclusion of 'Shin-i-rang Law Office,' where he played the role of 'Shin-i-rang,' a lawyer who can see ghosts. The series started with a 6.3% viewership rating on March 13 and peaked at 10.0% by episode 6. However, the ratings dropped to the 6% range after the premiere of MBC's '21st Century Grand Prince,' starring IU and Byun Woo-seok, which aired in a similar time slot.

Yoo Yeon-seok expressed his gratitude, saying, "I deeply thank the viewers who loved 'Shin-i-rang Law Office' and supported Shin-i-rang."

He continued, "This project was a significant challenge for me as it involved a character expanding into different personas through possession in each episode." He added, "I will continue to immerse myself in new characters in future projects and greet you with different appearances. Thank you."

Yoo Yeon-seok convincingly portrayed the multifaceted character of 'Shin-i-rang,' leaving a lasting impression on viewers. He showcased his acting skills by embodying various personas, including a gangster, an idol trainee, an elderly person, and a child, while also conveying the warmth and sense of justice inherent in the character. In the latter part of the series, he heightened the emotional engagement with his portrayal of longing and resentment towards his father.

The final episode of 'Shin-i-rang Law Office' airs tonight (2nd, Saturday) at 9:50 PM.
