K-Pop Star Jang Yoon-jung Opens Up About On-Screen Chemistry with Husband Do Kyung-wan

K-Pop singer Jang Yoon-jung candidly discussed her on-screen relationship with her husband, Do Kyung-wan, on the latest episode of KBS 2TV's 'New Release, Pyeon Restaurant'.

On the episode aired on the 1st, the ever-positive Yano Shiho invited Jang Yoon-jung to enjoy a homemade Korean meal.

During the show, Yano Shiho expressed her desire to make Korean friends, noting, "You and your husband appear on TV together."

Jang Yoon-jung remarked, "I haven't seen you and Choo Sung-hoon appear together on a show. Many people would love to see that." Yano Shiho replied, "Ask our agency," and revealed, "We appeared on 'The Return of Superman' when Sarang was a baby, and we even had fights."

Jang Yoon-jung shared, "Acting is necessary when couples appear on TV together. Even after a fight, you have to pretend to be close. But my husband can't hide his expressions. He just stares ahead. Seeing that, I often think, 'Why am I fighting with him?' and it makes me soften."

Yano Shiho suggested that her playful nature might help Choo Sung-hoon get over fights quickly, to which she responded, "Maybe? I don't really remember. We don't spend much time together." In contrast, Jang Yoon-jung said, "We're together every day. My husband follows me everywhere," prompting Yano Shiho to joke, "Your husband is lucky."

Yano Shiho was curious about Jang Yoon-jung's parenting style. Jang Yoon-jung revealed, "I never get angry at my kids. I tell them to talk to me no matter what happens."

She added, "The downside is they tell me everything, even TMI. My husband, watching this, also tells me everything," causing laughter. Yano Shiho praised her as "the perfect MC, perfect mom, and perfect wife."
